Workforce Capability
Strengthen performance from within.
We help organizations identify skills gaps, strengthen teams, and improve performance through evidence based upskilling and practical capability building.
About OEG
Ottawa Education Group (OEG) was built on a simple idea: organizations perform better when their people, processes, and technology are aligned.

What began as an entrepreneurial venture in 2023 has evolved into a growing Canadian company focused on helping organizations strengthen performance from within, advance strategic initiatives, and extend their reach into new markets.
Our work was recognized when we won Best New Business at the 2025 Best Ottawa Business Awards, cohosted by the Ottawa Board of Trade and the Ottawa Business Journal.
What We Do
Today, our work is organized across three connected areas of focus: each one a practical entry point, and together a fuller picture of what your organization can become.
Strengthen performance from within.
We help organizations identify skills gaps, strengthen teams, and improve performance through evidence based upskilling and practical capability building.
Advance strategic initiatives that require focused expertise.
We support organizations with targeted advisory and embedded support related to R&D innovation, process improvement, digital transformation, and complex cross functional initiatives.
Extend your reach into new markets.
We help institutions and organizations position for growth beyond their current region through strategic partnerships, market development, and international expansion support.
