  • Urbandale Construction employees recently completed four modules of Soft Skills Leadership training at Ottawa Education Group and based on their feedback, the experience was eye-opening and very positive. From our job sites to our office teams, It was a great opportunity to gather everyone in the same learning space. They were encouraged to open up about their roles, responsibilities, challenges, and contributions. The immersive and inclusive exercises helped them develop a renewed appreciation for all the moving parts of the company and the importance of listening to, respecting and elevating each other.   • We had an AMAZING training with oegcanada with a few of our wonderful exhālō Spa Team members this Spring! Together we dove deep into the world of AI at the OEG’s Lab Hub, and totally got out of our normally hands-on clients, creative comfort zone.
